Board Meeting - Tonight, Tues, March 5, 6:30PM

The Summit's HOA board meeting is tonight, Tues., March 5, 2024, 6:30PM.

Show up and ask your questions.

I wish a Member (homeowner) of the Association would ask about the legitimacy of the Board of Directors, Officers, and Voting Members.

It seems to do no good that I am the only one asking.

Ask the Board why "getting signatures" is a valid way for a homeowner to become a Neighborhood Representative (Voting Member). Ask them to quote to you where that is found in the By-Laws. (Hint. It's not in the By-Laws. It is not a valid way to become a Voting Member.)

Without legitimate Voting Members, many of the past elections of Directors have been invalid. Classic Voter Fraud is taking place right under your noses. There is no one eligible to vote for Directors, and the Annual Meeting of Voting Members in November should not even be held, because no quorum of legitimate Voting Members has been present.

Maybe a case should go the the Supreme Court of the U.S. If it did, there would be a 9-0 decision against the HOA.

The Board gets away with this by refusing to engage in a discussion about it - based on facts and on the Governing Documents.

CAMS and the HOA's attorney should have been telling the Directors for years that this is a problem.

If the HOA does not have a legitimate board and officers, it cannot conduct any business. The HOA can't contract with CAMS or tradesmen. It can't pay bills. It can't receive and cash your checks for dues.

Are the Directors and Officers personally responsible and liable for the business they conduct. Is the D&O liability insurance invalidated, even though the premium is being paid?

If I'm wrong, you'd think they'd tell me I'm wrong and why I'm wrong. Based on facts and the Governing Documents. I think I'm not wrong.
