Your Board Members and Their Terms

A page on the HOA's website that lists board members and their terms-of-office (and contact information) would be nice, wouldn't it? One of the reasons there isn't one may be because I have suggested it (several times).

Who are the board members, and when do their terms expire? Directors serve two-year terms. They are?

Danny Trapp, Pres. (2023-2025)
Tanisha Holmes, VP (2024-2026)
Ciara Bates, Secretary (2024-2026)
LaToya Adams, Treas. (2024-2026)
Brenda Bryant (2023-2025)
Linda Potter (2023-2025)
Patricia Pollin (2023-2025)

This means that the seats of Directors Trapp, Bryant, Potter, and Pollin will be open, when the Voting Members' Annual Meeting is held on November 4, 2025.

If you would like to be elected to the Board in November, I can help you with strategy and tactics. Contact me. I'll help you with the "Rules of the Road" and how to get enough Voting Members to vote for you.

Of course, this assumes that this year there will be enough legitimate Voting Members to have a quorum. What will happen if the Annual Meeting of Voting Members cannot be convened and if no election of Directors can take place?

Attention ALL NEIGHBORHOODS. Get busy now and hold a Neighborhood Meerting. Elect three homeowners to your (local) Neighborhood Committee. Be sure that Committee then elects one of the three as the Chairman and Voting Member.

Should any of these be re-ellected? Danny Trapp? Brenda Bryant? Linda Potter? Patricia Pollin?

Avoid watching the HOA conduct yet another fraudulent election! A bonafide election by eligible, duly-elected Voting Members is necessary to elect a legitimate Board of Directors.  It's not hard. Barony Place did it with two meetings one week apart in May 2024.
