Did Danny Inform the Full Board?

In October 2025 I contacted the HOA's law firm and requested a settlement conference.

I could not contact the Board of Directors directly for two reasons; there is a Temporary Restraining Order against me that prohibits my contacting them about affairs of the Association, and they have representation active in the legal matter.

I am representing myself; that's called pro se. I am  expected to act as an attorney acts, even though I am not one.

On October 29th, when I contacted one of the attorneys who is representing the HOA, she replied that she would confer with her client (the HOA, meaning Danny Trapp, Board President). When I saw her in court on November 3rd, she offered a mediation with the earliest date of February. I declined mediation. I had wanted a  conference with the attorneys, not a mediated session.

I have begun wondering whether Danny Trapp discussed that contact with the attorney between October 29th and November 3rd. Did he tell any of the other Board members? Did he tell all of them? The Board at that time (before the November 18th election) was Trapp, Holmes, Pollin, Weatherbee, Hill, Bryant, and Potter.

Did they discuss the wisdom of a settlement conference? What legal advice did the lawyer give Danny? Did she recommend a meeting with me, as a way to end the lawsuit and save the HOA a lot of money?

What was Danny Trapp's response? Was it appropriate and in the best interests of the Association (2,480 property owners)?

Trapp is no longer Board President and he is no longer on the Board. That ended on November 18th, when he was not re-elected to the Board. His actions have continued to cost the Association legal fees, because the case continues.

The whole lawsuit itself probably could have been avoided at the beginning of September, 2025. The HOA's lawyer had sent me a Cease-and-Desist Letter, accusing me of "false accusations and continual harassment". When I contacted him for an explanation, twice he emailed me that he didn't have to communicate with me, because I am not a member of the Association.

The entire matter could have been cleared up in 30 minutes, since I had made no "false accusations" and had not harassed anyone.
