Board Meeting - Tues., May 5, 6:30PM

The Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, May 5th, at 6:30PM at the North Springs Park Community Center.

You wouldn't know it, though, as the HOA's May 2026 online Calendar is entirely blank, there has been no emailed announcement of the meeting, the Board went to bi-monthly meetings effective March 3rd, and the only mention of May 5th meeting is in the March and April Summit Scoops. (Who reads those?)

At the May 5th Board Meeting will the Board explain

  1. why how it was in the best interests of the Association to remove Jeff Lummel as Vice-President and replace him with Noel Weatherbee?
  2. whether there is a plot to remove Brenda Bryant as President and Linda Potter as Treasurer?
  3. what the Board is doing to reduce or eliminate the friction between Board members that is disrupting the business affairs of the Association?
  4. why the Board has not published the Minutes of the March 3, 2026 Regular Board Meeting?
  5. why the Board has not published the Minutes of the April 6, 2026 Special-Called Board Meeting?
  6. why the Board has not published any Financial Operating Results for September 2025, October 2025, November 2025, December 2025, January 2026, February 2026, March 2026?
  7. why Cash & Cash Equivalents dropped $445,336 between 1/31/25 and 1/31/26?
  8. how much money the HOA wasted on the lawsuit against Gus Philpott and what efforts are being made to recover the estimated $25,-$30,000 in illegal disbursements of HOA funds for legal fees and court costs?
  9. why the Board "recognizes" 23 Voting Members who were never elected by their neighborhoods?
  10. why the Board allows four Neighborhoods (approx. 20% of the HOA) not to be represented at all by a Voting Member, even an illegitimate one?
  11. why the Board has not appointed a chairperson and members to the (HOA's) Neighborhood Committee?
  12. why the Board has not appointed a chairperson and members to the Nominating Committee?
  13. why the Board met with the ad hoc committee on Governing Documents on March 22 and with the presumptive Voting Members on March 23?
  14. how the ad hoc committee even came into existance and whether it is a legitimate committee?
  15. why one Board Member is challenging the legality of the 2025 Neighborhood Meeting of Barony Place?
  16. whether the Board recognizes Tracy Manderion as the legitimate, duly-elected Voting Member of the Barony Place neighborhood, following the May 2, 2026 Neighborhood Meeting that complied fully with the By-Laws?
