What Will Happen IF .....

... the remnants of "Team Danny" wrest control of the Board from those who were elected in November 2025?

They have already been successful in removing Jeff Lummel from his position as Board Vice President. Jeff continues to be a Board Member.

Jeff's voice and experience were an important part of the "leadership team" of the HOA. That "team" is the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Jeff's voice was a quiet voice of solid experience. Jeff is a long-time resident and very active volunteer. Jeff contributed major amounts of time over past years - time that the HOA should have paid hired workers to perform.

The Board has never explained why or how his removal occurred. Why was responsible for that? A Special Board Meeting was held on April 6. The Board has never published the Minutes of that Special Meeting. The Minutes of the March 3, 2026 board meeting also have never been published on the HOA's website.

Why haven't the Voting Members represented their neighborhoods and taken action to fix what's broken?

Maybe because they themselves are not legitimate, duly-elected Voting Members (except for Barony Place), thanks to years of improper actions by previous Boards of Directors.

Whoever dreamed up that scheme of recognizing homeowners as "Voting Members" just because they went around their neighborhood and collected signatures should be held accountable.

The existing "recognized" Voting Members could become legitimate Voting Members. All they have to do is hold a Neighborhood Meeting, get themselves elected to the three-member Neighborhood Committee, and get that committee to elect them as the Voting Member. Then they serve for one year! It's not a lifetime appointment!

Voter Fraud has occurred for years in The Summit. It's time for that to stop!

Finally this Board is admitting to the error. But this Board has yet to act correctly. The correct action would be to populate the (HOA's) Neighborhood Committee with a chairperson and members and then charge them with fulfilling the Mission of that committee, which is to assist each neighborhood to come up with a Neighborhood Committee and Voting Member, in compliance with the By-Laws.

It is not the Board's responsibility to identify Voting Members for 27 Neighborhoods! They cannot be allowed to line up their buddies to rubber-stamp their actions.
