Who Represents the Homeowners?

Homeowners, do you know who represents you in the HOA?

It is not the Board of Directors.

The Voting Member of your neighborhood is your legal representative, according to the Governing Documents of the HOA.

For Barony Place (I and II), this is Tracy Manderino.

Too many of the 28 neighborhoods are not represented, at all. The September 2026 Summit Scoop names the Voting Members of only ten (10) neighborhoods.

This means that 18 neighborhoods have no representation.

This is an injustice that has existed for many years. It was not until earlier this year that the current board began an effort to increase the number of legitimate Voting Member above one (Barony Place), about which I have been complaining for 4-5 years.

If you live in one of the 10 neighborhoods with a Voting Member, urge your representative to correct this situation.

The Board wants to take power away from the Voting Members. Do not allow this. The Board wants to change the Governing Documents. Do not allow this. The Voting Members should not allow this change.
