Questions from Homeowners

According to the Minutes of the April 1, 2025 BOD meeting,

"Homeowners Concerns:

"Danny Trapp stated that he has responded to email questions sent to the office and has to meet directly with the homeowners. Reminder to send all questions to the office: Trigon@camsmgt.com or Jwoodley@camsmgt.com"

Does Danny really "have to" meet the homeowners. More importantly, will he do so? And will he inform all homeowners what those meetings were about?

Does the HOA publish Members' questions sent to the office and Danny's replies? That should be a section on the HOA's website.

How many questions were sent to the office? What questions were asked? What were Danny's answers?

A good place for it would be the Message Board, at the bottom of the homepage, with sufficient notice to Members in The Summit Scoop or by blast email to inform readers where to look.

When did the Board decide to eliminate homeowner participation from monthly BOD meetings? It didn't. Did Danny make that decision without consulting the Board and without the Board's approval? Nothing in the Minutes reflects the Board's approval to eliminate public comment or to restrict attendance to homeowners with valid Summit IDs.

One choice for homeowners is to complain to the Board through their Voting Members. This won't work, because only one neighborhood (Barony Place) has a legitimate Voting Member.

The other choice for homeowners is to show up at monthly Board meetings and speak up, regardless of Danny's unilateral "rule" against homeowner participation.
