Any Board Members "packing" at meetings?
Are they "carrying" while attending board meetings, committee meetings, or conducting any HOA business in the HOA's office or in The Summit community?
If they were armed at the meeting last night, did they inform the deputies who were there?
Why is this important?
The Procedures Reference Manual (PRM) contains a Board Resolution about Weapons. See the PRM on the HOA's website. Go to www.summithomeowners.com Then click on RESIDENTS, then on DOCUMENTS, then on Online Guides, then on SCA Procedures Reference Manual. Then scroll down to Article II, Section D Board Resolutions, ¶1) Weapons. Page 10.
"No Summit Board Director, Committee Member, Contractor, or Staff Member will be allowed to carry a weapon while performing their duties."
That's pretty clear; right? Do the directors with CWPs disarm themselves and lock up their weapons while performing every HOA duty?
