August 2023 Scoop published today

The CAMS office for the Summit's HOA finally seems to have figured out how to publish the Summit Scoop at the beginning of the month, instead of around the 15th-20th of the month. Kudos to them.

The August 2023 Summit Scoop was distributed to homeowners by email today, August 3, 2023. If you are a homeowner, check your email.

If you didn't receive it by email this morning, contact the office. If you aren't registered on the HOA's website, you'll need to be. That's where they get the email addresses for Scoop distribution.

Do residents receive the Scoop by email? Can a resident register on the HOA's website? (About five years ago I was registered. Then Justin or George decided to block me, and my registration was deleted.)

Willow Park is featured in the August Scoop. Has anyone ever heard of Willow Park before? It's in the Autumn Hill neighborhood. Anybody know where that is? Autumn Hill has "entrances from many Ridge Crest Neighborhood streets", according to the Scoop. Anybody know where Ridge Crest is?

The August board meeting has been re-scheduled to August 8th.
The September board meeting is scheduled for September 5th. That's the day after Labor Day. Will the office have the financial reports for August ready by then? Will the meeting date be changed at the last minute?

The Scoop continues to list Community Association Management and Angela Adleman as "Agent". Is she the "Agent"? That has a specific legal meaning. Isn't she the Association's Property Manager?

The employees in the office are listed as Property Managers. Recent CAMS ads for the second position in the office were for an Assistant Property Manager. Isn't that what they are?
