Will Indigo Springs Have New Voting Member?

The Indigo Springs neighborhood (141 homes) hasn't had a Voting Member since Eric Tilley gave up the spot. The position has been vacant since December 2022. That's more than 2½ years!

The 141 homeowners have had no representation since then. Why did the HOA's Neighborhood Committee allow that condition to exist and continue so long?

The Minutes for the September 2nd Board Meeting indicate that "Angelo from Indigo Springs is in the process of obtaining the necessary signatures to be the voting member."

Yes, you read that correctly. Angelo is in the process. No last name.

Didn't the chairperson, Reginald Mack, know Angelo's last name? Why didn't the Scoop's editor uncover it before publishing the September Scoop?

I met Angelo at a couple of Board Meetings prior to March 2024. He will be an excellent voting member. I believe he will want the HOA to comply with the CC&Rs and By-Laws.
