Does Your Neighborhood have a duly-elected Voting Member?

There is an easy way to know if a Neighborhood has a legitimate Voting Member.

Each of the 28 Neighborhoods should have a form like this on file with the office and with the (HOA's) Neighborhood Committee. It should look something like this:

_______(Name of)________ Neighborhood

This form certifies that a Neighborhood Meeting was held on ___/___/20___.
There are _____ properties in our neighborhood.
At least one owner of _____ properties was present in-person or by proxy.
A quorum (at least one-third of the property owners) was present.
An election of a three-member Neighborhood Committee was conducted. The Members of the Neighborhood Committee are
1. _______________________________
2. _______________________________
3. _______________________________
The term of the Neighborhood Committee members is 12 months.

The Neighborhood Committee elected a chairman, who serves as Voting Member.
The Committee elected _________________ as chairman/Voting Member to serve for one year.
The other two members of the Neighborhood Committee will serve as Alternates.

Received this ______ day of _________, 20___ at the HOA office by _____________________________.

The names of the duly-elected Voting Member and Alternates will be published in The Summit Scoop and published on the HOA's website.

Only the names of the current, bonafide, duly-elected members of the Neighborhood Committees will be published.
