Voter Fraud - Oregon-Style
Consider this image from an email to me today from Judicial Watch. Do you think Voter Fraud is alive and well in Oregon?
In its email were these words:
"Because dirty voter rolls can mean dirty elections."
What about in South Carolina? In Richland County, for example? Let's say, in The Summit.
Does The Summit's HOA have clean voter rolls?
Who are the voters? The Voting Members (VM)
How many should there be: 28
How many are "recognized" by the Board? 24. Four neighborhoods list "Open" in place of a VM's name.
But how many VMs were elected in compliance with the By-Laws of the HOA? 1 That "one" is the VM for Barony Place.
The other 23? Some of them "got signatures", either recently or at some time in the past. The By-Laws do not permit that method.
At least one VM is believed to have inherited the position.
Some might have "moved up" when the VM quit, moved, lost interest, or just got tired.
If the Property Manager had to certify a list of eligible, legitimate VMs, would he list only those who had been duly-elected in compliance with the By-Laws, and within the past 12 months?
Tom Fitton and I would get along well. He's the President of Judicial Watch. He doesn't like Voter Fraud, either.
