Neighborhood Reps Needed
According to the October 2025 Summit Scoop, four neighborhoods need Neighborhood Representatives. They are Autumn Run (80), Indigo Springs (141), Pineclave (33), Waverly Place (264). This means that 518 homeowners (20.9%) are not represented in the HOA!
Autumn Run is a new vacancy.
Autumn Glen had been on the list, but a homeowner now is recognized as its Voting Member.
The election for four directors will be held on November 11, 2025.
A homeowner in Indigo Springs has been busy collecting signatures to become recognized as the Voting Member for that neighborhood before the Voting Members' Meeting. But he might not get to vote on November 11th.
The Voting Members for Autumn Glen and Fawn Ridge also might not get to vote on November 11th.
Why not?
Because Board President Danny Trapp whined to Brookland Baptist Church Northeast, resulting in a Trespass Notice being issued to those three and to one resident by the Church. That Notice bars the four from Church property and could keep the three Voting Members away from the election.
Could those three Voting Members keep Danny Trapp from being re-elected to the Board?
The Church is reconsidering the Notice that it issued. Should it have gotten the whole story before deciding, rather than just taking Danny's word for it?
For example, the Church banned me, based on Danny's complaint that the Church received on September 15th. I had never created any kind of distraction or disturbance, and I hadn't even been in the Church since February 4, 2025!
