Is The State Newspaper ever days late?

What would happen if The State newspaper was published days late? Or the Wall Street Journal or USAToday?

What would happen if the reporters didn't meet their deadlines, if the editors didn't proofread or edit articles, if managers didn't supervise employees and make sure they did their jobs?

Why is it any different with The Summit Scoop?

There are 2,480 property owners in The Summit's HOA. That's like a small town. There might be 6,-7,000 people living in this "town".

The Scoop should be our town's newspaper. It should have "news". It should not be dull and boring. It should be fresh and interesting. Repetitive information (Board members' names, Voting Member and Committee listings) should be moved to the HOA's website.

And The Scoop should be published on time, every month. It is distributed electronically, The office should collect email addresses from every property owner. As of about two years ago, only 75% of the property owners listed email addresses on the website. This means that 25% of the homeowners don't receive The Scoop or the emails from the office.

Q. Whose job is it to fix that?
A. The Board of Directors.
By directing the office to fix it.
