Questions for the Nov. 12 HOA Meeting

Was there a Quorum of legitimate Voting Members at the Voting Members' meeting just held?

Will there be Minutes of the Annual Meeting of Voting Members, as required? Will the legitimate Voting Members be listed?

Will you elect officers at this meeting, as required? This is the first board meeting after the Annual Meeting of voting Members. Officers should not be elected in secret, as was done on November 10, 2023, without Minutes of the meeting published.

How big will the increase in 2025 Assessment be? Will it be sufficient to cover the 2025 Budget, including a reasonable amount for Reserves?

Why wasn't the 2023 Annual Audit presented to the Board much earlier in the year and made available to the Members?

Where and when can the Internal and External Forensic Audits be inspected?

What is the true state of collections? How many properties are in debt to the Association? How many foreclosures have been filed? Why is the HOA carrying the deadbeats?

Why hasn't the Board made a comprehensive analysis of the problems with the waterfalls at the entrance and determined the total cost to repair the waterfalls, instead of just kicking the can down the road?

Will the next Board of Directors operate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner?

Do you have other questions? Post them below in the comments. Ask them out loud at the November 12th meeting.
