Only legal voters on Nov. 12?

When the HOA calls the Annual Meeting of the Voting Members ("Meeting") to order on November 12, will the first order of business be to call the roll of Neighborhoods?

Only a Voting Member (or Alternate) should be in attendance. And only a legitimate Voting Member, not a wannabe or an imposter or a usurper or a pretender.

When the roll is called by the Secretary, how will she know that the Voting Member is legitimate; i.e., was duly-elected at a Neighborhood Meeting that was held in the past 12 months (or so) with a quorum (one-third) of the homeowners in attendance in-person or by proxy?

The HOA's office at 305 Ridge Trail Drive should have written documentation from each neighborhood. That documentation is on file from the Barony Place Neighborhood, which held its Neighborhood Meeting on May 4.

Each homeowner attending the Meeting should complete the following form:
