Will Honesty Prevail?
As a result of the November election there are two new directors and three new officers on the board.
The new directors are LaToya Adams and Ciara Bates. The new officers are Tanisha Holmes (Vice President), Ciara Bates (Secretary), and LaToya Adams (Treasurer). Danny Trapp was re-elected President.
Will the Board members exercise their independent responsibilities on behalf of the 2,480 homeowners and do what is right? Or will they follow old patterns and habits of previous boards and officers by continuing along the same path of allowing illegitimate Voting Members.
None of these directors or officers is a legitimate director or officer. This is because there were not enough legitimate Voting Members to convene the Annual Meeting of Voting Members on November 12, 2024. That Meeting happened, anyway, and an election of directors was conducted.
That was a fraudulent election. The people who voted were not eligible to vote. The President of the HOA then, Danny Trapp, should have presided over that meeting, but he was engaged in a casual conversation with a RCSD deputy in a different room at the church. Who ran the meeting? The Vice-President at the time, Brenda Bryant?
Who now on the Board will stand up for honest operations? By this I mean, complying with the By-Laws, CC&Rs, and PRM?
When one of them sees something being done wrong at the Board level, will she speak up and say, "That's not right! We can't do that!"?
Let it start by their objecting to Danny's decision that he be the only one to be in contact with the HOA's lawyer.
