How to Know if You Have a Voting Member

There is an easy way to learn if your Neighborhood has a Voting Member.

Contact the person listed in The Summit Scoop or on the HOA's website and ask the (exact) date of the last Annual Neighborhood Meeting.

If you want to be really sure, ask a few more questions:
Was a quorum (1/3 of your homeowners) present, in-person or by proxy?
Who were the three homeowners elected to the Neighborhood Committee?
Who was elected as Voting Member by the Neighborhood Committee?

If you live in Barony Place, the last Neighborhood Meeting was May 4, 2024. The next one will be May 10, 2025.
A quorum was present.
Three were elected to the Neighborhood Committee.
One of the three is the Voting Member.

Would you like to see a grid published that identifies the neighborhoods in The Summit that have legitimate, bonafide, duly-elected Voting Members?

Just leave a Yes or No in the Comment box.
