Class Action Lawsuit?
How many homeowners would be needed for a class action lawsuit against The Summit's HOA?
There are 2,480 property owners in the Association.
Google AI says, "You can technically file a class action with just one person, but the case likely won't be certified without a larger number."
All 2,480 property owners are being harmed by the actions of the current Board majority (5/7).
Let's assume those five would exclude themselves. And let's further assume there are some Voting Members who are friendly to one or more of those five.
Would they be so friendly, if there were aware of the looming financial harm to themselves?
What will it take to get The Summit HOA back on the right track - meaning, in compliance with the CC&Rs, By-Laws, and published guides such as the PRM?
A good start would be electing the right people to the Board on November 18th.
