Will Minutes of the AMVM Be Published?

Will Minutes of the November 18, 2025 Annual Meeting of Voting Members (AMVM) be published? This is one of the most-important meetings of the HOA. This is the meeting at which four (or three) directors are elected to the Board each year.

In past years no Minutes have been published; thus, Members have no idea what happened at the AMVM.

There is no reason for the AMVM to be secret. What should be reported?
  • The Neighborhoods in attendance;
  • Names of the Voting Members (or Alternates);
  • Names of the HOA officers presiding over the AMVM;
  • Name of the Recording Secretary;
  • Confirmation of a quorum of Voting Members;
  • Names of all candidates for election; and
  • Names of the top four (or three) vote-getters.
Members have the right (By-Laws, Art. VI, §4, ¶(a)) to inspect these Minutes.
