19.6% Property Owners - Not Represented!

The HOA continues to report, via the Scoop and the website, that four Neighborhoods need Voting Members. These four Neighborhoods hold 487 properties, meaning that 19.6% of the 2,480 property owners in the Association have no representation whatsoever.

Autumn Glen, 49 homes
Indigo Springs, 141 homes
Pineclave, 33 homes
Waverly Place, 264 homes
Total homeowners completely unrepresented: 487

Who is responsible for this failure?
  • The Board of Directors
  • The chair of the Neighborhood Committee
  • THE PROPERTY OWNERS IN THESE FOUR NEIGHBORHOODS
If you live in one of those four Neighborhoods and want to be represented, contact me and I shall help you get a legitimate Voting Member for your Neighborhood by complying with the By-Laws!

No hocus-pocus. No "getting signatures". No surviving year-to-year without holding Annual Neighborhood Meetings. No inheriting of the office.

I have offered to some of the "recognized 'Voting Members'" (who are, themselves, not legitimate, duly-elected Voting Members) to help them organize bonafide Neighborhood Meetings in compliance with the By-Laws. My offers were not accepted.

Last year I even offered help to the (HOA's) Neighborhood Committee. My offer was not accepted.

There is one way, and one way only, to become a Voting Member. That is spelled out in the By-Laws. Any other process does not result in a legitimate, bonafide, duly-elected Voting Member.
