Are Board Members Listed on Website?

For years I have suggested to the HOA that there should be a webpage on the HOA's website that listed the members of the Board of Directors, their terms-of-office, and their contact information.

If you search the website for that information, using the six tabs along the top of the top of the homepage, the six boxes in the center of the homepage, and the four buttons at the bottom of the homepage, you won't find the page with director information.

Click on each tab and try to find one with the listing of directors. Good luck.

When the Board of Directors page was published, why didn't the office create an easily-found tab on the homepage?

The page is apparently being maintained, but its not visible. LaToya Adams' name is still there, even though she resigned in May.

Ciara Bates' name is not there. She was Secretary until she resigned from the Board in mid-May (2025). Her name was probably there, since she was elected to the Board and to the office of Secretary at the same time as LaToya was.

Another name should be removed on Wednesday, June  4, after Tuesday night's Board meeting.

It's unfortunate that the HOA office didn't list the terms of office for each director. The terms of four directors will expire this year. The terms of Danny Trapp, Brenda Bryant, Linda Potter, and Patricia Pollin end in  November 2025. (Pollin succeeded Greg Thomas, who resigned in November 2023, right after he was re-elected.

The terms of Ciara Bates (vacancy), LaToya Adams (vacancy) and Tanisha Holmes will expire in November 2026.

Pollin's seat should be declared vacant at the June 3, 2025 Board meeting.

What? No trampolines?

OK, you trampoline fans. Are your rights and privileges being tramped on by your Board of Directors? The office sent out an email just before 2:00PM threatening you with a dreaded violation notice and the possibility of fines, if you dare to put a trampoline in your yard.  This is what the email from the office said,  " Please be advised that, pursuant to Section 13, Page 22, Article XII of the covenants, no structure of a temporary nature shall be placed upon any unit or any part of the properties. What Story Do the Financials Tell?

At the May 6, 2025 Board of Directors meeting, the March Financial Operating Results were available. Did you pick up a copy? Was there any discussion of them? Usually there is not. Do board members examine them before the meeting? Does anyone on the Board really understand them?  Look at the page for the Operating Expenses - Variances. Twelve Line Items are shown. No totals are shown. Big mistake. But are the totals intentionally omitted? For these 12 Items the total of "YTD Variances" is $61,784.93. As of the end of March, the HOA has over-spent the 2025 Budget by $61,784.93. Look at the reason given for the over-spending in Line Item GL-5111 Irrigation Contract. "This is over budget and will remain over budget due to the 2025 budget is $75,000 and the monthly contracted cost is $10,140."
