What Questions?
What questions are homeowners, non-homeowning residents, and "Voting Members" sending to the office?
Are they getting answers?
If the questions are going to the office, then those questions belong to the HOA. They should be filed and open to inspection by Members. They should be published, so that other homeowners and residents will know what is being asked. They can't get buried.
The answers should be published, too, unless a homeowner inquires about his own residence or dues balance.
The HOA could create a Q&A page on its website.
But what about the questions that are not being answered?
I know that I have asked why "We are not allowed to park in the streets." The chairman of the Safety Committee told me that by email in November 2024, and then he failed to answer my two follow-ups asking why parking is not allowed.
There is no answer. Parking is allowed in the streets.
