New Ugly Street Signs?
That's as bad as discussing a project or issue in pre-board meetings. It's extremely hard for Members to ever find out what happened. FOIA rules apply only to public bodies, not to the HOA. How could Members get access to all the emails on that project.
A project was approved to change street signs. Look at this ugly sign. Is this to be throughout The Summit? At what cost?
The Summit's Budget is so tight that it won't even squeak. And this is how the Board wants to spend money? What about the waterfalls that have been broken for years?
Money for signs wasn't in the 2025 Budget, was it? Where did that project come from? You do know who lives on Piedmont Ridge Drive, don't you?
Can The Summit even change street-name signs on County-owned and County-maintained roadways? I doubt it.
Got an opinion? Make sure you speak up. Members should get really cranked up and demand that their "Voting Members" become legitimate and make some big changes on the Board in November. Four seats will be open.
Shouldn't HOA limited funds be spent only on the most-urgent projects?
